There is a seed inside of us
There is something inside of us, just like a seed, we anticipate its growth and its fruits. It is something we are to water and watch out for its growth. Something we are dedicated to feeding it with all the nutrients required for growth. This is something so unique and powerful that we cannot ignore. so much so that we dedicate our whole life to its growth.
This seed has been proclaimed to us all by Jesus unto everyone who believes in him. He had spoken of this seed to us while he walked amongst us, he told us of the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in his name, who will teach us all things and bring to our remembrance all that he says to us- John 14:25-26
We have this treasure in earthen vessels
We have an understanding that the seed and its fruits are inside of us. We carry the presence of the holy spirit and the fruit of the spirit is within us! Oh, how wonderful! Acts 2:17 reminds us of how God proclaimed that he would pour out his spirit on all flesh and then Jesus also came to us with the good news of this same spirit that would dwell within us. It was a wonderful experience for the disciples who first witnessed it and now in Christ Treasure we do too. Even Apostle Paul had to remind us in 1 Corinthians 6:19 that our bodies are temple of the holy spirit which is Christ in us.
We have come to understand that, though we appear with flesh and bone like the rest of this world, we are not of this world, we are different. So much different! We Carry God within us. We have access to the wisdom, knowledge and understanding of God. ALL WITHIN US!!!
Christ in us, is the hope of the world
Oh, what joy it is for the world that we are alive with the spirit of the highest God! We are children with access to so much wisdom and power! Children with an express command from the father to go into the world and make more disciples with the power of creation within us! What a joy for the world! No wonder the bible says the world earnestly awaits the manifestation of the children of God, borne of the spirit. They anticipate the Goodnews, the signs and wonders, the setting free of the captive, the deliverance from ignorance. The gift of hope through the good news that they may find salvation through the word and knowledge of Christ.
We live each day expressing this life
We are so conscious of this gift, this treasure that we have no other choice but to manifest the will of God by the Spirit. As the fruits grows so more so the lives we live through him. As the world awaits, by the spirit we manifest. We now have become living sacrifices; we now have become temples with which we carry God through out the generation. Our minds are renewed daily and we live the life of Christ which was exchanged for us. Gal 2:20 We have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer us who lives, but Christ lives in us; and the life which we now live in the flesh we live by faith in the Son of God, who loved us and gave Himself up for us.
We are Christ treasure! That’s who we are
Undeniably! This is our identity, we know who we are. For we are not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God that brings salvation to us who believe. Our old self is gone. We now live the life of Christ through the spirit! We the treasure, the very heart of Christ. We are living, breathing walking gods, in the image of God, in his likeness, called to his purpose! We are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, His instrument of Glory! THAT IS WHO WE ARE AND WE ARE NOT ASHAMED!
Until the treasure of the lord, we would not stop; we won’t give up, until the treasure of the lord fills our heart
As we are his instrument of glory, unashamed of the gospel, the vision, and the instructions of God, like Children with a legacy and inheritance, we become stewards of the work Christ left behind for us to do. We carry on his legacy with pride and we carry out his work with all diligence and perseverance.
Like an Army, we march on, we press on, we dominate and subdue the earth has God commanded us in the beginning. We take over, we put on the whole armour of God and we would not get tired. As long as we have breath, we would live for God, do his will, and preach the gospel.
Indeed like “An Army we match On”
